Title: Playing Soviet, Conscripts icon is besides CP icon/taskbar? + AI, now dumb?

Using latest Ostheer release, I am playing Soviet and the conscripts icon is located besides the CP icon/taskbar and not on the tent/building it used to belong to in earlier EF releases. On early game, it is greyed out since a Red Mustang Tent or the Support Tent should be built first before I could deploy them.

Question, as far as I remember, Conscripts is from the Red Army Tent and not accessible on the CP taskbar, yay or nay?

Is this a bug or is my installation botched? Or im just seeing stuff?

Also, I have noticed that the AI is so dumbed down at least on the games I recently played with Ostheer and Soviet. I havent tried the regular factions yet.

I'm on 2.700 and latest Ostheer release and install!

Its a feature.

Conscripts are non doctrinal Call-in unit now.

There's a bug with the Soviet AI that makes it a lot more stupid in early game. This will be fixed in next patch.
