Hi im new to this. my steam name is Trooper 12.... do i need to fill anything out or something ???

Welcome. You dont have to fill anything out, no. Just enjoy the mod, post replays, be active on the forum for updates, and all that good jazz.

You only need to own a CoH game on Steam so you can install and play EF.

If you don't own CoH on Steam but you have a valid retail key, you can just add your key into Steam and you will get the latest version available.
