is there way to install EASTERN FRONT 2.10 on Company of Heroes 2.602?

There are no plans for an EF version on vanilla CoH 2.6xx.
Please use the Steam Relaunch version 2.700.
Enter your old CoH key in steam (library -> add a game -> add non-steam game (dont know the english text here)).
Entering your old CoH key will start autodownload of the new CoH Relaunch Steam v2.700.
