Title: Problem: Shift-command does not get passed/performed in latest EF and steam?

I don't know how quite to explain this but in our newest Ostheer(2210) and with COH Steam, when I shift command cues units some of the commands don't get passed on or such.

E.G. Pioneer shift command builds stuff: wire, sandbags, etc. the "shadow" build stuff will either be skipped or not get done at all. You can see the build was cued, but will either be skipped or not done at all.

What I've done so far: Clean slate install for the nth time.

Am I missing some thing?

What could have I done right to avoid this completely? Anyone else having same weird problem?

Previous, EF versions even before this current are devoid of this problem. Weird!

I have queued orders to units without problems in the latest version, not sure what could be the issue in your case :-\.
