Title: Downoaled everything!

I uptdatet eveythig all patches but i can't play as soviet.
Why can't i play soviet?! ??? ??? ???

Please reply to me qucik i need to play it!

Yeah the soviets are locked for me.
Im playing trough steam.

So the problem is when i go play, i choose skirmish and wan't to play as soviets but when i choose them its like *click* the soviet option goes white grey u know when u chose its black when u click its whit grey.When i move my courser away from selection it doen't selelct it. ??? ??? ??? ???
