I have question how to play western allies vs soviets? If it's not posibble can you make such ability? I'm sure many people want to see what will happend if Soviets after capturing Berlin march to war with western Allies (US/GB). I also dream about posibility to check each factions vs each like USA vs British, and my dream is to make it avaliable to be for example 3 sides of conflicts like Western Allies vs Axis vs Communists. It will put luck factor into the game ( like Dow II each vs each mode) and decisions which should we atack which could bring many interesting strategies.

We dont want to implement "Mirror Matches" like in CoH 2.
Means no USA vs Soviet or Wehrmacht vs Ostheer.
If u want this, you should play CoH2.

I too want to play US vs soviets. The two mobile factions go at it.
Mirrormatch would be US vs US or Wehr vs Wehr. Hold a poll with explanations as to what people think about this.
I don't care about history and such. I want to face the soviets with the US :)

I think the problem with this suggestion is
1.) the fact that we cant balance this situations and with a pvp focus this scenario would be a nightmare.
2.) that we had to change the vanilla gameplay. EF is an unofficial "addon" and basing on this policy we wont change the vanilla gameplay.
This idea was already suggested in the past and i think our opinion hasnt changed here.

We dont want it for multi. Let's face true, nobody play EF multi. We want to have this in offline skirmish and have fun :)

- best idea ever I agree, bud don't you feel adding posibility still don't change original? You still can play 100% of Vanilla with same units and sides of conlficts if you wish with EF on. That mean you don't change nothing in original :) Just option to Replace Axis factions with Soviets by very small button. :)

You are wrong, many people play EF online and we dont want to create a skirmisk-Mod like Blitzkrieg.
We dont change Vanilla-Gameplay as Rommel said and you are the first guys who want mirror matches.
I dont know if it is possible because the Engine didnt allows it.
AND it is impossible to Balance US vs Soviet and ostheer vs Soviet.
As a Balancer i say: what i cannot Balance we dont talk about

Before steam servers change it was possible to play Axis vs Ostheer and Allies vs Soviets.
You and your friend/s needed to start an Automatch search and pick your faction.
For example if you want to play USA vs SU. One of you should search with USA and the other one with SU. Back then EF mod's factions were listed as "random" or something like that and it was possible at the end to play the game.
Still there was a problem. Since you cant lvl up your EF mod faction and you were always lvl 1 with it no matter SU or OH your opponent should be also lvl 1 or 2 with his "normal CoH faction". Otherwise it may never match you to play against each other.

However, with the new steam version, this is no longer possible as you cannot automatch with soviets and ostheer at all anymore.

Once again. I don't want mirror matches. Just Usa/UK vs Soviets in skirmish. And no, no one play Ef online. I never see open game in this mod sory :)

Statement vs statement ;) I have done a number of multiplayer randoms in EF. But that isnt the point here; EF's claim and aim is a fair multiplayer balance and a multiplayer gameplay. Thats the point and there is no space to discuss about. About the "Sov vs US" matches: Like Darc said: at the moment it isnt possible to implement it and as far as i know there are no plan at the team for such an matchup.
We are happy about feedback and suggestions but we cant implement all of them.
