I am perfectly happy for the new Ostheer faction to be a selection/mix of the PE and Wehr units. The developers do not need to create new units. For example, why create the Ferdinand when we already have the JagdPanther and KT?

Because of the Ferdiandt is a typical unit for the eastern front?
I think that when ef had the chance and the know-how to implement new weapons, they should implement new weapons for Ostheer ( like for the SU ).

Just a mix of PE and Wehrmacht is so boring  ::)

Look at the new Soviet faction, and tell me if we look like the kind of developers who would just mix a couple of units up. We could probably do that in an evening. Where is the fun in that?
