Title: Flakpanzer 38(t) As Reward Unit For PE Armored Car

Suggestion - Offer the Flakpanzer 38(t) as a reward unit for the Panzer Elite's Armored Car. The Flakpanzer would provide better armor compared with the AC in exchange for speed and a rotating turret.

Why I Think This Is A Good Idea - I think the Flakpanzer is sufficiently different from the Armored Car for it to make a good reward unit. At the same time, without a rotating turret, I don't think the vehicle would be powerful enough to imbalance the game. Plus, the Panzer Elite already have several vehicles based off the Czech Panzer 38(t) chassis - the Hetzer and the Marder III - so the Flakpanzer 38(t) would fit in well with the faction. And hey - new vehicle!

Rather good idea but why the lack of rotating turret? That flak gun is easily rotaded by its crew? Or am I wrong? :S
What about it is only able to rotate when its not moving?

I wondered if it could potentially be given a lockdown ability (like the PE's Panzer IV, Marder, and Hummel) that gives it the ability to rotate its turret.

I don't know much about this vehicle, but from the handful of photos I've seen it looks like the crew has to lower the armor plate surrounding the gun before it can be rotated.

Armoured Cars are so fragile because they've got a higher damage than Wehrmacht Pumas and arrive rougly 5mins earlier when there's no real anti tank weapon on the field for americans. If you replace the Armoured Car with a Flakpanzer you'll break the Panzer Elite faction. There's no counter to an axis tank 6 mins into the game.

It could possibly be seen in the campaign, since I know DMZ made an already animated an modeled one a few years ago

I'd argue that if the Panzer Elite player has any micro skills whatsoever, ACs are essentially uncounterable until the US player has an M8. In other words, ACs are already broken (although I'm not necessarily saying that they're imbalanced - they're not). Not that that justifies the addition of another broken unit, but it's worth pointing out.

What about upping the potential fuel cost of the Flakpanzer to balance it? ACs cost 25, so maybe 35-40 would work?
