Title: Skirmish squad fire up

It appears that the "Fire up" ability is left out of the skirmish squad when the elite army troops doctrine is selected. All infantry squads BUT this one seems to have the ability. This might be for the sake of balance OR an oversight. I see that there is no harm to give it the fire up for one reason: In order to command the nearby troops, the squad must SPRINT alongside his fellow infantryman to maintain the radius of command.

You're referring to the skirmish commander I guess? Well, that's an oversight from our side. Will be added in the next patch, thanks for reporting.
