Title: Excepting the romanian could we have an update soon.

I understood from the reading of other threads that the romanian tree is simply too powerful at the moment and that the update would probably not include it. But what about the rest of the mod, couldn't we have the rest gift-wrapped for the end of the year? (so I can play it with friends)

We hope to release it on steam rather soon, keep an eye on our steam greenlight page  ;)

Yes, the Steam version will have those new additions first. We would update the ModDB version later, how much time later... I don't know.

How do you activate the Romanian Expeditionary Troops Doctrine and the Urban Combat Doctrine for use in a match?  I can't seem to activate it on the rewards tree. It's greyed out.

All new doctrines are disabled for now. After the main game is balanced to a good state the time to balance and if needed redesign a bit the new doctrines will come.
