Title: [2.300] Error suddenly started

Hey all,

Yesterday I could play normally.

Today it doesn't start with an error:

Game is not being run as a known Company of Heroes product. Try again by launching game from Steam.

- verified game files;
- reinstalled EF.
- AV and any protection is off.

I can't find any solution.. suggestions?

Start CoH normally but with -dev -mod eastern_front parameter. Don't trust the launcher.

That error happens when you have installed any Company of Heroes mod from STEAM. If you delete the file steam_appid.txt it will stop giving you that error... until you run again the STEAM mod for COH you have installed.

I don't.. just plain CoH and the EF Mod..
