LHS - Artillery support
1cp - artillery observers - observers can now call in 152 mm artillery strikes. Cost 75 munitions. Vet 1 observers can call in "concentrated artillery strike"Cost 100 munitions.
2cp - star shells - rain down flares in a very wide area. Supporting your attacking forces. Cost 75 munitions
5cp - ML-20 152mm howitzers - ingenerys can now field these howitzers.
RHS - artillery logistics
1cp - improved artillery munitions - enables your 82mm, 107mm, su76, and ml20 to fire better and accurate shells.
2cp - defensive mortar strike - mg dugouts can now call in a salvo of 50mm mortar rounds im their vicinity. Cost 75 munitions
5cp - massive artillery bombardment - just like the early version of God of war. Cost 200 munitions

Hendrik is trying to explain you that this doctrine is crap.
It has only munition based artillery strikes. It is an artillery party. Sit down and shell your enemy out of the game.
A doctrine have to enforce gameplay, add gameplay variants and should boost or help faction units. Your doctrine is boring, focused on indirect shelling without gameplay improvements.
