Title: Can't log in to my profile in the game

When you try log in the game says that incorrect user name or password. What to do help

You have to install the "New Steam Version" of CoH.
The old servers are offline. To play CoH and EF you need the new steam version.
Enter your CoH key into steam and install the version.

It's the official platform for games made by SEGA and VALVE. You can download and install it for free.
