No offense guys but you should check to see what the other people asking for a "beta test" job, and check to see if they are getting accepted or not. If they are saying no because the beta is already in progress then.....................

Hmm, I'm a little confused. Didn't understand anything about
what was just previously exchanged, but I'd like to apply for
a Beta playtester position on the grounds that, hmm, well,
I think the SU122 ought to be included :D

And the ZSU37, SU76 and the Ba64 and...
the T60, and the BT, and the T26 and...

Can I be a beta playtester? Plueeze... :D

 I give you cheezburger :D

Loup, we can't add that many vehicles because of balance, and since this a balance test, you've failed your app. Simply telling us to add shit is of no help.

Never saw service. Neither did the T-90, and i'm not exactly thrilled with having that in the game either, much rather replace it with the T-60.

My post was oozing irony :)

Especially the 'I didn't understand anything about what
was just previously exchanged... that was the hint' ;)

I COMPLETELY understand the focus is on get it working
and balanced first. Then try pretty things :) Completely
understand the 'we are at the balance stage'. And that it is
better for Soviets to be slightly underpowered than over-
 powered-yet-still-flavorfull-and fun. Adding more vehicles,
well, it's really a chess game. Vehicles sorta go by function
, with some fudge allowed for racial flavor (oooh racism!).
Ba64, for example. Nice to have, model made, but skipping
for the moment. SU76, nice too, but in 1943+ SU85 had
replaced it *Glares at KV2!!!*  quite nicely.

 - ZSU37 : An obvious joke on the T90 debate. Actually,
they mostly used quad guns on Zis trucks (Like american
half track just about, xcept, well, Zis trucks aren't
exactly armored are they?) :) ZSU37 is STILL a T70
(Just like the SU76 is) variant. SU85 is a T34.

 - T60 : I read. I know you like it better than T70 :)
So was a little 'low blow' on purpose :)

 - T26/BT : I'd reaaally like 'em in :( They perfect for
1940/1941 setting, except, well, we're in 1944, and
plenty of other tanks replace them function-wise
(enter the KV1/T34 swap explanation here)

 - SU122 is an actually better replacement for KV2.
Except for the fetish-value and the fact that it looks
too much like the SU85 (Like the T34 76/85 and T70/90
don't look too much like one another)(Add Svelky and
guards) hehe ;) Maybe Maybe add it in as a reward
 unit? :D

 - Heck, KV85 as replacement unit for IS2 ? :) (reward)
 - I'd love to personally tweak the T34/SU85/ISU152 to
my own personnal liking stats-wise to historical flavor
(Perfectly balanced, I promise, of COURSE)

 - T34 having M10 mobility, about.
 - Slow reloads. (T34/SU85 not so bad)IS2/KV2/ISU YEA!
(T34/40/41 was slow as hell. Fixed in later variants)
(Two stage ammo and cramped turret is a killer)
(One tank's gun is inserted wrong side. Bad for reload) :)
 - Lack of long range accuracy.
 - Improved HE values.
 - Short ammo belt on the T34 (60 rounds!)
 - Something fun for SU85, perhaps xtra range?
 - Definitively xtra range for ISU152 :)

Balance at a premium, and getting the mod out, of course.
Can be tweaked to oblivion on subsequent patches,
although OE will then of course, be next on the drawing
boards (This is why I'm pushing for it)(Not to hear the
 dreaded 'too late' thing). Eh.

And the 'cheezburger was also an obvious hint ;)

Its not really ironic since you've just said in your last post that you do what them ;) . Either way, satire doesn't flow too well on forums.

I made a BT-7 model a few months back so it could be a possible reward unit replacement for the T-70, even though it had wafer thin armour.

KV-85 replacement doesn't match up to the IS-2 stats wise, but it could be a T-34/85 replacement if we were to add in a KV-1 > T-34/76 reward unit. Build KV-1's, then upgrade later to KV-85's, just like the T-34/76 and T-34/85. Again though, this is speculation due to balance.

SU-122 replacement for the KV-2 does actually sound like it could be done with minimal balance issues.

Yea, satire doesn't flow too well online :(
Make as many units as you can :)

 - Oh, btw... !! I dinged an idea.
The TIGER is a doctrine-dependant REWARD unit...
And it still works fine !!!! :D

So you can do same for SU122/KV2 !!! :D

 Whoo hoo ! :D
