So the Infantry can ride tanks as seen in the video. Is there any penalty to the tank like turret mobility?

Nope. I don't think its possible to make the turret have a limited turning circle when it has troops on and then turn fully when the troops disembark..

Do the troops riding gain any bonuses other than being unsuppressable?
