Eastern front is about to be released so i m just wondering what are we all dying to do? I personally can't wait to finally beat a kt head on with a ISU-152, than i ll probably play around with KV-152 since i always been wanting a tank that can reduce infantry blobs to very small pieces in a shot or 2.

I'm waiting to test piospam vs conscript spam...epic.
I seriously hope the mod will be thoroughly balanced though...as an exclusive Wehrmacht player, British Kangaroos with IS-2s give me the shivers.

jUST imagined this.. early 3v3 allies with rifle spam and britsh infantry spam.
allies build medic bunkers. then russians charge their conscripts out to die, in return free and better british and american troopers?
then air born comes down and fast moving light tank.
maps such as red ball express becomes red hell express for the axist . and becomes an Abuse medic banker tactic. since apparently russian conscripts dont cost a thing?
no man power but in return a million allied soliders.. dont add up.
please make sure that dose not happen.

soul no upkeep is not no payment u need to pay for conscripts

Yeah, Conscripts are still 200 manpower. 0 pop cap is nothing when you consider they are weaker than a soggy biscuit and have no means of retreat early game unless being supported by a Command Squad (there's only one Command Squad available at any given time)

Please wait until you play the mod before you start complaining about any supposed 'imbalance'

ok don't get it if you think its going to be unfair (btw if you read some other posts before comming here you would have noticed that cons. can not be put in medic stations and wtf English spam??? no

I LMAO at that! But still... I hope they aren't actually THAT weak or I will be forced to always use more than 5 squads to do anything  ;)

Don't underestimate the power of a soggy biscuit. Especially when there are over five of them. On another note, I think I remember reading somewhere that dying conscripts were unable to be picked up by medics.

 (200x7=1400 MP) to get rid of 1 PIO squad (120 MP)...
 with over 82% Conscript casualty rates.

Eh, not quite :P A conscript squad can take out a Pio squad, but they can't take out a Volks squad... they get decimated by MP40's.

IMO, a conscript squad (without all having guns) should be a little weaker than a vanilla USA riflesquad (because conscripts have no upkeep), and if all the squad members get guns, should be as strong as BARed rifles...

The conscript "guns for all upgrade" should be like BARs for rifles and vet2 for grenadiers...except the conscripts should still be weaker because they have no upkeep...

Conscripts should never be as strong as BAR upgraded rifleman, thats what strelky and gaurd infantry are for. Even with the NKVD upgrade, conscripts should be slightly inferior to a squad of volks. If you want to compete with volks and grenadiers, you should build strelky

Voop nailed it. Conscripts are Conscripts... they are literally rounded up in towns and cities, given a rifles and shipped straight to the front line, no formal training, no prior experience.  Vastly inferior to Enemy and Allies alike.

 conscript squads before having their first casualty,
 as conscripts usually shot one another, or themselves ;)

 I was thinking it'd be nice if they'd explode upon call-in
 like the PIO/FLamethrower critical, yknow? Or do it at
 random interval, without even being fired upon. Or fall
 on their rifle bayonet and be skewered and...
