Sorry if this was already asked but what will be the total size of the download?

Can't give you much more precise than around 500 MB to 1 GB.

Just seen the final product. It is 626 MB.

OK everyone. That's pretty good. Roughly the size of a Linux ISO, if anyone here has used one of those. So basically, it's the size of a CD. There you have it.

Hell yeah, Ubuntu Linux ftw. But doesn't like CoH or any of it's mods :P  The most torment if my life compacted into two days...
