1. Tank hunters don't actually get any new squadmates in new squads after the men against tanks upgrade
2. Sniper team in heavy cover with ambush on will not fire at the enemy at all. (even if hold fire is not active)
3. If you have tales of valour, Eastern Front resets the special tiger tank so, you have to play the tank ace campagain again

As with most research from The Armoury, only new units are affected.
2. Sniper team in heavy cover with ambush on will not fire at the enemy at all. (even if hold fire is not active)
Sounds like a bug that needs testing.
3. If you have tales of valour, Eastern Front resets the special tiger tank so, you have to play the tank ace campagain again
This is due to the fact that the Tiger Ace unlock is linked to the savegame. We might find a way to fix in the future.

Sorry that is what i meant. After the tech upgrade there is no change for new squads you build

It was changed, before it was a 3 man squad (1 with PTRD) before upgrade, and 4 man after (with 2 PTRD).
It got changed into always 4 man squad, with 1 ptrd without upgrade, and 2 with.
