I'm not sure if it was a bug but you can not rise with the Russians in the lvl

No, you cannot. It's something that only Relic can make in their online system, so maybe if you beg them....

Really? someone should write a letter to relic then, but they probably wouldn't even answer, they must have spambox with a couble of billion emails by now.
