Title: Axis cant retreat stolen soviet weapons

Dont knowif this is a bug, or where it should go, but its interesting. If you play axis (or any faction I assume) and capture a soviet weapon of some sort (I.E. mortar), you CANT retreat it. This makes sense for the soviets, but as its been taken by the axis, it should be retreat-able.

Any ideas?

This definitely is a bug and should be fixed.
