Ideas:
-Sniper Artillery fire time increased to 5 (seconds)
-T-34 Build time increased more
-Conscripts have a 1 more rifle
-Medic truck switched to tank hall, since you need the tank hall
-Strelkys attack increased
-Guard from T-34 in commander abilities wears the same uniform as the normal guards.
-Howitzer made more accurate
-*Half Glitch/Not*- Outpost not being destroyed and taking damage when it has very low health.
-Conscripts Upgrade changed from 200 munitions to 150 munitions.
-Added support for finding enemy snipers by using * The Russian Scouter* (My idea) found in the Red Army Suggestions board and then go to New Russian Units.
Those are my thoughts on what should be on patch version 1.02

PTRD tea,m must have ability
to destroy a tracks/wheels (slow it down)
blind shooting the periscopes/triplexes (decrease fire/observation range)
of german vechicles, aas it was a main way of PTRD teams in real.

That sounds like a great idea, before you posting that I didn't really think of what the tank hunter squads could be used for. The Tank hunter squads are way underpowered and the upgrade is way over priced.

Actually, they never were created to KILL the tanks. They were created to HELP AT-Guns.
Immobile tamk - dead tank.
PTRD crews tryed to stop/blind the tank, and when tank stopped and dont move - it became easy target for 45/57/76mm's ATguns.

...The fact that the Germans have now begun to attach side skirts onto their weak armor just because of this weapon, shows its power.
Actually, NOT :)
Additional side scirts were applyed to protect tanks against cumulatiove armour-piercing chells of Soviet AT guns.

Yes, but its just the TH's gun are just way to underpowered no matter how many they are and that kinda needs to be fixed.

yes, and it is now the only possible counter to german light armored vechicles in begin of a game, because even T-70 appeared too late because Tank Hall is too expencive, and there is now use to built light tanks for Sovs when med and hvy are aviable.
It mist be adjusted a bit to make strong enough to counter german halftrack/light recce car.
Or the other way - may be it would be usefull top create armored car (BA-5, BA-10 or so) as german armored recce cars, wich would recognise snipers and aviable in Soviet Support Barracks?
They were very widely used in 41-45 and built in large numbers all rtough a war.

Ill start by saing that im happy with all 1.01 changes. Good work. This is what I would change as well:
1. It would be great if a T-90 (rare to been seen in WWII) could be raplaced with BA-64 but BA-64 would be build in T2 lvl 2 (sowiet WSC+one more building).
2. Im from Poland (1944 soviet/german battlefield). Poland didnt want to be "liberated" by Soviets: Lower capping power of all russian infatry but make an outpost secure sector ability (250MP/25fuel).
3. Constript additional rifles should be cheaper.
4. 120mm mortar hits like a howitzer. I know it has a large caliber but who needs ML-20 Firebase if you have these mortars? At least make ML-20 cheaper (85-90 fuel).

upgrade and spam PTRD, see what they do (start to ripoff infantry, not to mention the vehicles), camo them and wait until they came. 3 of them took 80% of tigers health (vet0) before the tiger and the sniper (vet3) took them out so I don't really think that they're underpowered in any way or anything by the soviet side are "expensive" compared to other armies costs.

Honostly the Tank Hunters are worthless unless you spend 100 muni on the upgrade, and frankly i dont use them oftin enough to waste 100 muni on them, if they came out of the box with 2 PTRDs and upgraded to 3 i'd definetly start using them but otherwise they just end up getting shredded by the Puma i send it to kill (Unless i send about 3 squads at it)

so what you want to have one unit that's preety cheep and can just run into wehr T3 unit and kill it with ease? I request free pumas than.

imo, Meditruck should be available without the Tank hall.

Medic truck should be built from hq after you have 3 buildings.
PTRD-teams should be more like light-at halftrack.
Don't like the other changes.

Why do people care so much about where the medic truck is made?? It is a support vehicle, and therefore support barracks makes perfect sense.
I agree though, PTRD (possibly only after upgrade) needs either the blind ability of staghound, the button ability of bren, or the treadbreaker. I am personally fond of the treadbreaker

They look like that so you can distinguish between the two at a glance if they happen to be in combat together, so, no.

-in case u add treadbraker, the reloadtime should be at least 3-4 minutes or else it will be imba

Also, I would suggest to exchange two abilityes:
-"Za Rodinu!" - attack rush of Command Squad
-"Red Banner" rush of Strelki.
Logically, there must be only 1 Red Banner per player, wich supposed to be a Banner of Company. And it is more really and logically to give that "man with banner" to Command squad (wich supposed to be "curfew platoon" - "Banner Guard Platoon").
And with Strelki - instead of "man with banner" after upgrade, Officer could be added, with ability "Za Rodinu" - "attack rush".

SU hulls are even worse than Katyusha's imo. SUs hulls are almost indistinguishable from active units, especially at the edge of FoW, and block even Tigers. One game after destroying 2 SUs, I didn't realize the Soviets moved a third up (that was stuck between the hulls) to overwatch my VP (which was corrected).

my thoughts also - until I used 3 squads at once
with command squad - they DESTROY bldgs as well
