Title: Katiuskas engines overpowered?

Why catiuskas can destroy buildings riding near them, i think they were cheap truks with not too much horsepower, and not very armored.

Agreed. Should just be sandbags and barbed wire, though irl barbed wire might give them a flat.  :P
