My killed guards and strelky cannot respawn while the red tide used.Can the mortar and AT respawn under the action of red tide?

Have you checked the off-map position?

I also noticed this, i thought it didnt work at all but i noticed a large group of conscripts sitting at the edge of the map and i brought them into the fray.  knowing where to look now, i did the same thing with 3 squads of guards while Red Tide was active, the Guard squads all died but they did not return to the spot where i found the conscripts, nor did i see them for the rest of the match.
