Title: How do I get extra resources

Maybe I missed something.

How do I get extra munition/oil playing the russia team? Do I build a munition/oil box? How do I do that?

I have difficulties to do any upgrades at all. I have probably missed the whole point. I have just played 3 games yet.

There is no way that Soviet faction can secure resources.

US can build outposts, too.

 Soviets ought to be able to OP Ressources.
 Not as a buff... nooo :)

 As a NERF! Lol. Be rebalanced around that :)

 I suggest using their outpost? :) Or maybe a PE-like Zis5 truck
 or something. But outpost is fine.

 It'd be nice if conscripts had T34/76's weaker eyesight
 and 100% speed capture instead of 150% speed. Otherwise
 they're good.

 PLEASE FIX their tendency to charge!!
 Give 'em 0 value invisible rifles that do 0 damage or
 something. Anything so they stop using fists! Lol
