Right now it costs 100 MP, it should cost some fuel as well, as other buildings cost, at least some small amount.

Hmmm... not quite... I mean, on maps, where fuel points are rare, and starting fuel is low your enemy will have an advantage...

What we will do then? Spam with engineers?

Let's say like max 5 or 10 fuel?

well, support barracks are worthless without inf. support, and starting 35 fuel can`t be much of the help.
And yeahh, I thought like that, 10 fuel would do it.
