Title: Can't pick British or Panzer Elite

I cannot choose either British or Panzer Elite. Do they not work with Eastern Front???

You must own Opposing Front or Tales of Valor expansions to inorder to choose British or Panzer Elite.

I own original copies of both these games and have installed both, yet still no luck. Is there anything I can try?

Sounds like you messed up an installation.

Can you pick them when not running the mod?
