I believe they first talk German and then translate it:
"Was wollen Sie? What do you want?"

actually it sounds more like "Was wunschen sie?" Wunsch/Wunschen = wish/to wish. So relic might have actually got that one wrong when they follow up with 'what do you want'

Another one that gets me is the PE grens say along the lines of "group up into schutzen hoodle(?) whats that last word I think the first word is the german way of saying shooter or rifleman.

Theyre saying 'schutzen-rudel' (dont know exact german spelling of it). 'Schutzen rudel' is some sort  german  infantry patrol formation,  kind of like a 'recon in force', 'advance on contact' or a probe of some sort.

The Schützenrudel is a wide, open formation which is used to get cover behind f.e. stonewalls. It's also used too cross open Terrain all together.

ever noticed that the PE forces say some rather strange things??
Like " Oh No Deinhard!!!" or " The clouds are dark. I guess thats why it is called Blitzkrieg!"
Some of their comments are funny.
But some are overconfident and nationalistic(a bit) like " Kampfgruppe Lehr has proven its superiority once more" xD
