Title: Soviet Ranks

i was wondering whether Soviet ranks would be introduced ? it would be mad to do so. everyone is just a lvl 1 in every game.

is this possible to do ?

Yes, but as stated many times, can only be done by Relic, and rumours have it that representitives of EF and the mod team here are negotiating with EF. I have no idea personally. But it is possible. But no one knows anything yet.
