Title: I cant get updates

When I use the Updates, through the Startup screen, an error message pops up and tells me: Unable to contact host, or host response time has been timed out. I downloaded the patch (1.01)successfully via Moddb, and I might go to other sites to DL it later today. So Im a little confused about whats going on.

Are those all the patches?? Or something that allows me to get them?
