Title: Command Points

Am I the only one who finds this screws up the game for the Russians?

You need lots of men/tanks to win, and yet even if you hold half the map, there is never enough command points available. Seems I have shit loads of sources, and no way to spend them.

Got nothing to spend it on?  How about a couple artillery firebases?  Upgraded guards/strelky?  SU-100 upgrade?

I do find often that I have lots of fuel but nothing to spend it on.  The only units the Soviets spend fuel on are artillery firebases and tanks.

Maybe with command points will be made an option,to exchange some resource for other,later in game.

command points are gained when you kill enemies. and it differs on what you kill.
so to get command points go KILL SHIT! :)

Yes.

Is need to kill to gain exp.

But how about new ability with cost  2 who allow to exchange some mapower with fuel for breakthrough,or fuel in manpower for urban assault or propaganda.
