Title: [1.0] game launch strange out put "$604271 No Range"

I installed the EF 1.0 program then launched the installer and ran thru all the patches and finally launched the game to find that every widget box has something like this "$604261 No Range" with differant numbers in every box IE:"$561782 No Range" "$604271 No Range"  "$604259 No Range" I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times clearing directorys and registry every time but still get the same results.

Which Company of Heroes patch are you using?
Which language do you play CoH in?
Did you reinstall CoH or EF?
Does this problem occur in both EF and CoH?
