So here's my proposal for two possible Ostheer doctrines:
Bombardment Strategy:
Left side: Artillery Support
2 Points- Light artillery:
All infantry can now call in a brief off-map bombardment from light artillery.
3 Points-Improved Explosives:
All artillery (off map or on map) now have an increased explosion radius.
5 Points: Hummel (or other Self-Propelled Artillery Gun):
Call in a max of 3 SPG's for support.
-------------------------------------------------
Right Side:
Luftwaffe Support:
3 Points- Paradrop Fallschirmjagers:
Acting much like US airborne, Paradrop a squad of Fallschirmjargers.
5 Points- Stuka Attack:
Call in a lone stuka to bombard an area.
7 Points- Strategic Bombing Run- Send in a squadron of heavy bombers to kill the red wave!
Desperation Strategy:
Left side: Tank Support
2 Points: Resurrection:
Ressurect destroyed T-34's and turn them onto your side (Note that the T34 would require a different skin so as to not confuse Russian players)
3 Points: Elefant Tank: Call in a max of four heavily-armored Elefant tanks to blow the red tanks to smithereens!
5 Points: King Tiger
Call in a powerful King Tiger, which will cause our Russian foes to cower in fear, one shot use.
----------------------------------------------
Right side: Defensive Measures
1 Point: Entrenchment:
All German tanks can now dig in, and engineers can build trenches.
3 Points: Makeshift mines:
All infantry soldiers can now rig makeshift mines (IED's) that are more powerful than regular mines, but also more costly.
5 Points- Final Push:
For a minute, gain an increased resource trickle (but with long recool time).

I would only use Desperation Strat... its OP you get 4 Heavy Tank Destroyers AND a King??? Sheesh... I don't need nothin else...

Well maybe make it two, and on the other branch.

it would be like calling in 2 Tigers and 1 KT on one doctrine of Wehrmacht... its OP

The Elefant's cannon wasn't in a turret that could go around 360 degrees. You can still flank it. And the armor wouldn't be as strong as in real life.

By game standards that tank would be just like a Jagdpanther... it just isn't a smart choice to have one doctrine have two massive Call ons

I was thinking of it being more "Marder-like".

Ok, I saw what you had to say, and instead of the King Tiger, how about a Nashhorn then the Elefant? While the two may look similar, the Nashhorn crew could be exposed and take half damage when hit in the rear?

If it where a Nashorn Call on similar to the Panther Battlegroup it would fit well to your Marder like idea... just a friendly suggestion :D
