Title: Framework error message

System running Windows XP Microsoft Framework version 4  non-Steam CoH patched up to latest

When running EF shortcut on desktop message "EF_LAUNCHER.EXE - .NET FRAMEWORK INSTALLATION ERROR" "UNABLE TO FIND A VERSION OF THE RUNTIME TO RUN THIS APPLICATION."

Framework is installed according to Control Panel.  What is the problem?

Do you have 2.0? .NET Frameworks are stack able as far as i know.

I installed an older version of Framework and now it works.
