Title: Cannot delete EF folder

What the title says.  I have Windows 7, and I have Admin but for some reason it says that I require Admin permission before I delete it. What could be causing it? ??? I have the Steam edition.

Also, I have already uninstalled it and deleted all the folders but 'data' for some reason that requires Admin permission, and I have Admin.

Perhaps, you have to add permission to your account on file/folder properties->Security->Edit and add your user and check every single permission. Also you can go on the same tab to advanced options->Owner and select/add yourself as owner of that folder/file and if possible subfolders.

  I've jsut tried that,I have permissions on everything except " special" and that is greyed out and I cannot selected it.
