I have an idea
To add a function teenagers retreat, but to every branch of the withdrawing conscript shot [CKM and even tanks and most of the officers]

And what do you know?

how exsactly would this benefit EF? sure, it'll add realism... but would it really help?

I like your idea. But I think it would be better if the soldiers were killed as soon as they reached the front line. Why should they wait until the retreat starts? There's not much fun in your suggestion if people have to WAIT until soldiers start retreating. That's boring!
