Title: Introducing Maxim Machine Gun

Possibly adding the Maxim machine gun to Soviets either as a support weapon, part of a tree or something?

This have been discussed many time: dev cant include the maxim because of coding problem. This weapon is very different from others MG: MG-42 and vickers are tripod mg, while the maxim need a new carriage (like an AT gun) to work, and dev have big problems with this. I think that when dev have resolved the problem, they will include the maxim

Incorrect. The model is complete, and the devs haven't said anything about the coding. The only thing I heard them mention was some difficulty animating the wheels.
