Title: Retreat modifiers [before 1.20]

I think all players know that retreat makes most infantry twice as hard to hit. British infantry (not commandos, not sure about Sappers and the Captain) take only 1 out of 4 shots that normally would hit them while Snipers take 3 out of 4 shots. All infantry run with 5 speed then. (4 is when Fired-up 3 is normal speed 2 is British infantry speed).

1.20 will give the Soviets the ability to retreat. This is final.
My question is:
Should Soviets get lower retreat bonuses?

No accuracy bonus and +2 speed will be ok. Maybe when gain vet they earn better accuracy stats.

No accuracy bonus +2 speed. I also agree with bishop, better received accuracy modifiers as they vet. We still want the grunts fairly expendable but we want our elite troops that have earned their place in combat to live.
