Title: UCS file

I cant open the EF ucs file to add units numbers, has it been locked. 
i only play offline.

If I had to guess (with my very limited modding knowledge) he is attempting to modify some of the numbers in the mod so that they better fit his liking (squad sizes etc...). But as the Devs have stated before they do not endorse/help anyone messing with their creation.
