Their flag is gone!!!! Where is their flag? I've played through all of the versions of the mod up until 1.23, and the thing that makes me proud to play as the Soviets is when I see all the tiny people charge through the battlefield while waving the red banner!

Please bring it back for the Motherland!

You need Elite Riflemen for see the red flag.
Standard Strelky hasn't the flag.
