Title: strange upkeep

is there some kind of munitions or fuel upkeep for the soviets?  cause i was playing kursk(2v2) as soviets and didnt get the correct income of neither fuel nor munitions   ???

It's the map, kursk is a buggy map.

oh... are there any other maps that disfunction?? and will it be repaired?
