hello guys this is my first topic here.
first i want to thank you for this awesome mod.
what you think about to give the soviets a similar ability as the PE panther-ability. for example you can buy for 20 fuel and 200 mp the land and lease ability in the soviet HQ. than you can separate call in a sherman(500mp), a halftruck (200mp) or strelky squad with 2 bazookas(300). i think it would be a good way to point out the importance of land an lease for the soviets

It's an idea, but unfourtunatly i don't believe that it will find any place amongst our Soviet Faction. We already have a LL-Sherman, if the Soviets get Bazookas they will lose their disadvantage, which makes them so much harder to beat.
One of the Key Flaws of the Soviets is they have no Hand-Held AT that works on Armor (we are taking StuG 4 armor and higher) unless used in number (AT nades) and giving them that would change the whole balance of the game.
However i like the idea of implementing the Lend-Lease in game (rather than in a doctrine) so perhaps a Late Game ability that reduces the Muni upkeep costs for the Soviet Units. It would help keep them from strangling themselves in the later games, when tanks are being deployed aplenty.
