Hmm at a guess it could be 'video lag' caused by an application running in the background (I have this problem if I have XFire running while playing EF)

Or you have your graphics settings a little bit to high, EF is more taxing on your graphics than vanilla Company Of Heroes.

@Hawk_Silk

I think these are the specs of his "rig":

I don't know many things in informatic, so I put you that I see :

ASPIRE 7540G
. AMD Athlon II X2 processor
  M300 (2.0 GHz, 1MB L2 Cache)
. ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570
  Up to 2304 MB Hypermemory
. 17.3'' HD+ LED LCD
. 4 GB Memory
. 250 GB HDD
. DVD Super Multi DL drive
. Acer Nplify 802.11 b/g/n
. 6 cell li ion battery

I hope, you will can help me =)

He posted them on another topic.

Do you have an antivirus installed? That could help the lagging.

If you know what each program does in your pc, try to close as much as possible(ctr+alt+del and finish them in process tab).

Remember that laptops aren't meant to run such games(coughalienwarecough), they are just for office work, of course they can run limited games without problems, but most games won't run properly as well. Do you run ToV without this issue? because EF uses more resources, and if you can't play properly the former...

If you dont know what xfire is you dont have it. Its a programme you download to let you chat to other games while playing

You never play on battery mode, or not?

My advice, get a decent PC ;). Most games won't run properly on a normal laptop.
