I use a translator for the English poorly know.

There were topics about the Soviet HMG and most of the ballance team agread that Soviets shouldnt have any.
As for the KV tank, maybe it will replace a Lend-Lease Sherman but theres no model so probably not.

Im going to translate this in Polish for Kaze703PL.
Głównie z powodu równowagi sił w grze Sovieci nie dostaną Maxima.
Możliwe, że KW-1 zastąpi Shermana ale na razie nikt nie zrobił modelu tego czołgu.

Oh, thanks for the reply but it pisses me off that the Russians do not have HMG 's
because, as I choose campaign armor is not got no CKM and how I take it I have a propaganda campaign trenches and CKM but I'm not the M4 Sherman and IL-2 Sturmmovik

That's the way CoH functions. You can't have all good units or a faction without a single negative aspect.
Also, the DEVs stated various times that there won't be a HMG for soviets, because it doesn't fit into the faction in matters of gameplay and balance.

However they still could incorperate the wheeled maxim as a unique defensive structure to replace the current (CW) bunker, there have been many posts on that topic already.

Even if they want to implement the Maxim as a MG support unit (and there's nothing that make me think that will happen even if they could do it), it has no animations, and probably never will.

Well, besides "never is unlikely", it's not that easy... we have to find animators first, not just to polish the soviets, but to continue with ostheer. Remember that our animators count is zero now.
