Title: Can't Play EF because I cannot upgrade my COH Tales of Valor.

I have COh Tales of Valor, and tried to update it to version 2.6.1 reading the instruction on how to install EFRont but I could not 2.6.1 http://easternfront.org/forums/index.php?topic=2236.0 (http://easternfront.org/forums/index.php?topic=2236.0)

I have version 2.5.1 or something and downloaded all patches of COH Tales of Valores, but none of them is working. When I try to install it says:

"It cannot be installed this version beacuse it seems that you have version UNKNOWN

what can I do ?

Did you crack Company of Heroes game?

Well, no, I downloaded from a site it had discounts. Do you think I installed a cracked game? How can I find out?

I just wanted to check, usually when the user cracks the game the updater doesn't recognize RelicCoH.exe (main executable file) as valid.

Where do you bought your copy?

Could you open regedit and look for this path?

To open regedit: start menu->run->regedit (or windows key + r)

Look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Company of Heroes

or if you have 64 bits OS

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Company of Heroes

export CoH folder on regedit and paste the content of the file here.

To export: Right click over the folder->Export->save it(remember the path)
