Whew! It's been awhile. Just finished my finals and started playing COH again. Strangely enough I somehow played a skirmish with some buddies, and we lost because my friends didn't base rush. In my opinion the only way to beat an Expert Computer on a team skirmish is to destroy their base, otherwise they will eventually overwhelm you with their superior number and resources. What do you guys think about the Expert Computer players? How do you play against them? Thanks for reading!

The CPU player just knows everything you do. He knows where your troops are walking around and which points you don't defend. That's why I'm playing on maps like Cottbus where you can "controll" the bot moving because there are only two ways they can go.

Ehm theres a passage through part of the forest on the left flank, that is leading from street to the lake, don't know if it is a bug or not, but it is really annoying. I like open maps, but sometimes when I'm stressed and come home very late then I play maps like Lyon or things like that.

But it is horribly true that AI knows whatever you do. The worst about it is that you can't blame anyone for this, when playing against humans, then you know "oh, this has to be a pretty good opponent", but when playing skirmishes and AI acts like a mix of Mossad and Imperial Stormtroopers, then you can just shake your head and get het up about AI.

I always wondered hpe they knew were to hit my snipers or move from my arty strikes. :o

Same here, I always suspected that this was true, because when I was playing as the brits they always hit my command trucks, or hit sappers running to the central bridge or beach head on Lyon or Vire. They also always seemed to see my Firefly advances when I was preping them, and took them out when I spit them into groups of 2 or 3 even when I moved them into that small cafe area in the Axis side of Lyon or hid them in the the small town near the 4th axis base.
