Title: Tank Hunters (cloaking bugs)

I've noticed a bug (or at least I hope it is) with the Soviet Tank Hunter's cloaking ability. They seem to be able to cloak while in direct Combat (they were firing at my Tiger, and whenever I tried to target them, they cloaked).

In addition to that, I've witnessed them capturing points while cloaked. See here:

Also a smaller and unrelated Bug, clicking to Attack the T-34 doesn't do anything, none of my units would respond to the order. I had to manually move them within sight of the T-34.

Positive. The launcher confirms it every time I go to play.
