Hey, this is the first map I've made for CoH and its an Eastern Front map as I always play EF over vCoh. It's based on the Russian town of Malgobek which was awarded 'City of Military Glory' by Putin for holding the German advance at its borders.
It needs a bit more detail and it may have some balance issues (you tell me :)) but the main idea is two tight urban areas separated by a strip of open ground containing the higher resources, Sorry the screenshots are so tiny, will look into that. Let me know what you think.

Not yet, looks good from what I can see on those minuscule pictures, quite a tourney map. Will give it a shot soon.

looks nice, but
it crashs after ~10min i play
this happened 3 times.
My pc system should be good enough and i normaly have no problems with crashes.

Minimap looks pretty nice.
But you´re right, the map isn´t detailed enough for EF, yet ;-)

Very nice map, well balanced, did you intentionally seal off the High Ammo at the south end of the map? I needed to use my mortars to break through the fence :)
The same problem happened to me. About 15 minutes in the game crashed. Not sure what happened, but it's defiantly the map.
Overall good work, needs a bit more detail, but the crashing is a big issue.

Hey, I haven't given up yet. University work got in the way of this map, but I'll be on my summer holiday in a couple of weeks (3 months off ftw :D) and I'll be able to finish off this one, fix the crash problem and add more detail, and continue work on a 2 vs 2 map I also have in the pipeline.

Has anyone come across this type of crashing before? Or does anyone have an idea what might be causing it and what I can do to fix it. I really don't know how to identify the problem.
Oh and yes I did chose to block of the southern high munitions point until you can destroy the barbed wire, if you look close you can see the halftrack has crashed across the entrance to the base. It was just an odd idea that came into my head I wasn't sure how people felt about it. Interesting or annoying?

I've tried every fix I can think of and I still can't crack the crashing problem, unless anyone has any suggestions I may not have tried yet I'm going to have to scrap this map.
