Title: [v1.30] Veterancy Score bug

Just a small bug

I noticed that in the score summary at the end of the game, the soviets have a score of "0" in all sections under veterancy.  I know my guys had vet'd up (red stripes above icon), but in the infantry and vehicles tabs they had a score of 0 for veterancy.

does it matter in any way? I never actually look at scores. At least at killed and lost units.

Eh, i never bother trawling through those numbers, either. It's still worth fixing, though; Just not a priority.

Wehrmacht allways gets the most points becouse of the global vet...
