There are the same except that the US ATG has 150dmg and 60 range while the ZiS-2 has 125 damage and 57 range. The ZiS-2 has about double the penetration on most tanks than the US 57mm.US does have AP rounds however
AP rounds let it 2 hit stugs.

Nah even axis fanboys realise that they have no right to complain when they have invisible mega paks.
I've noticed that soviet AT-guns hit each other with 100% accuracy.Same goes for paks ATM, so I'd say, It's balanced.
Example: You play Wehr, and killed a soviet AT gun crew. Now you send your units to capture it.
Now the soviet player moves another AT-gun near yours, and starts shooting at it. Every shot will hit and damage your AT-gun.
Since accuracy of all AT-guns against each other was reduced to like 20% this seems to be a bug.
