Title: the game crushes

hi gys.i have just downloaded coh eastern front and i have played about 5 hours,when my game shuts down i the middle of a round.then a message to communicate with thq technical sypport is shown.could anyone help pls

thanks i will try to switch off the relic downloader and see what happens :)
